Our Team

All members of the Nurture and Thrive team have a passion for providing family-centred practice that is meaningful, fun, and practical for the young people that they support. Meet our Team below:

Our Commitment to Safe, Respectful Practice

At Nurture and Thrive, we take our responsibility to children, whānau, and the wider community seriously.

As registered health professionals, we are legally accountable to uphold high standards of safety, ethics, and conduct.

This means we follow the Health and Disability Code of Rights, engage in regular supervision and professional development, and are committed to care that respects your culture, values, and needs.

All team members are police vetted and child safety checked, registered with professional bodies and our practice is guided by evidence, reflection, and a strong commitment to inclusion.

We work in partnership with whānau, ensuring voice, choice, and informed consent are central to everything we do.

You deserve services that are transparent, supportive, and built on trust, and we welcome your questions, feedback, and insights along the way.

Nurture and Thrive Children’s Therapy Collective was established by Jamie Schipper and Erin Rayner as a way to bring together Allied Health practitioners who are working towards a shared goal to improve the health and wellbeing of tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau.
